Produced by natural fermentation, AB Mauri vinegars are free of clarifiers, preservatives and other impurities. A custom process is followed to create consistent quality and activity. These vinegars are designed to increase the functionality of the company’s whey-based mold inhibitors by lowering dough pH and reduce occurrence of rope bacteria. They allow finished products to declare “no artificial preservatives.”
