LENEXA, KAS. — Caravan Ingredients has developed Southern Tortilla, a concentrated base that produces white, soft, pliable tortillas with extended shelf life. Southern Tortilla is available in pre-scaled batch packs that enable manufacturers to save time, lower inventory levels and reduce scaling errors, according to Lenexa-based Caravan Ingredients.
