BreadPartners’ new 50-50 Ancient Grain Bread Base is designed to make it easy for wholesale bakers to incorporate ancient grains into their formulations. The base includes a blend of New and Old World ancient grains and seeds, including rye, sunflower, oats, millet, flax, barley, sesame, buckwheat, einkorn and chia. The base has a clean label, a non-GMO dough improver and shelf-life extender.
