Gain insights from industry experts and receive hands-on practice during a 3-day sanitation training course offered by Commercial Food Sanitation, Sept. 11-13, at Intralox, Harahan, LA.
In addition to classroom training, attendees will take turns doing wet, dry and clean-in-place (CIP) cleaning.
“Attendees will come away with practical and proven approaches to cleaning, sanitary design, allergen changeovers and test methods to ensure food safety,” said Joe Stout, founder and CEO of Commercial Food Sanitation, Libertyville, IL.
Trainers from Commercial Food Sanitation as well as from across the industry are experienced sanitation and food safety leaders, he noted.
Also, organizers expect those participating in the training course to share the knowledge they gain with their colleagues. “Attendees will receive a certificate of completion after they attend the full course and after they share the key information with their colleagues at their home location as verified by their supervisor,” Mr. Stout added.
The course is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 11 and 12, and from 8 a.m. to noon, Sept. 13.
