LENEXA, KAS. — Brad Pederson has been named supply chain manager for Caravan Ingredients. In this role, Mr. Pederson will manage the corporate demand planning and APS functions at Caravan Ingredients. He also will be responsible for leading Caravan Ingredient’s through stock-keeping unit optimization, collaborative planning and inventory optimization.

Mr. Pederson brings to the company extensive experience with supply chain functions. He has held various leadership roles with The Timken Co., including demand and inventory manager, supply chain continuous improvement specialist, principal engineer and senior product development engineer.

He received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering at Iowa State University, a master’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University — Weatherhood School of Management.
