ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — Little Lady Foods, a maker of pizza, sandwiches and other dough-based frozen products, recently implemented several organizational changes in order to bring more value to its current customer base.
Don Czerwonka, who has been with Little Lady Foods for 13 years, was promoted to vice-president of sales. In this role he will oversee the growth of current customers and their penetration into new markets and new customer bases. He is responsible for three divisions: food service, private label and contract manufacturing.
Steve Kunkle has been hired as senior vice-president of operations. Mr. Kunkle joined the company in February and will be responsible for day-to-day operations and facilities. His goals include developing and implementing a strategic plan to improve asset reliability, product performance and customer service. Mr. Kunkle was with Kraft prior to joining Little Lady.
David Foran joined Little Lady Foods in April and brings more than 24 years of food manufacturing experience to his role as director of new business. Mr. Foran will look to grow the company’s business by bringing Little Lady Foods’ product platforms to new customers and markets.
