If you have new and creative approaches to assist tortilla producers to improve quality and yield, then the Tortilla Industry Association welcomes your proposal to speak at its Technical Seminar in October. If TIA accepts your idea, you will receive a $1,000 cash prize.

TIA is seeking proposals for four speaking slots at its seminar that will be co-located with the International Baking Industry Exposition at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Tortilla producers, ingredient companies, consultants and academics are all eligible, as well as TIA members and nonmembers.
