CHANNAHON, ILL. — IOI Loders Croklaan, a global supplier of commodity and specialty oils and fats, will celebrate on Sept. 5 the grand opening of its Creative Studio in Channahon. The event will feature James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Mindy Segal, who will reflect IOI Loders Croklaan?s approach to partnering with clients at the Creative Studio to collaboratively accomplish product development goals using its edible oils.
