AKRON, OHIO — Main Street Gourmet has announced the formation of a new leadership team.
Robert Ecker has been hired as chief financial officer. Mr. Ecker has a background in finance, operations and asset management, strategic planning and administration, new business development and transactions as well as pricing and margin management experience in the manufacturing and consumer products industries. He most recently was corporate controller at Kent Displays.
In September, Karl Driggs was named chief operating officer. Mr. Driggs has held numerous operations and financial leadership positions in both the manufacturing and service sectors in Northeastern Ohio, most recently as interim chief executive officer at EBO Group, Inc.
Mr. Driggs and Mr. Ecker will be joined on the leadership team byNate Searles, director of sales. Mr. Searles has been with Main Street Gourmet since 2005, starting as an account executive. Since then he has expanded his duties to director of sales, where he will lead the entire sales and customer service team and be accountable for the company sales strategy while continuing to oversee many of the company’s national custom accounts. Prior to joining Main Street Gourmet he was a development director at the Boys and Girls Club of Summit County.
