GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Egan Food Technologies, a confectionery and baking process equipment manufacturer and service provider, purchased certain assets of Food Process Automation (F.P.A.), allowing the company to expand its bakery equipment offerings to include service and parts for machinery previously sold by F.P.A.
