KANSAS CITY — Jack Leslie Joslin, president of Packaging Products Corp., died March 8. He was 66 years old.
Mr. Joslin graduated from University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1970, and he then entered the U.S. Air Force, serving until 1974.
He spent his life building Packaging Products Corp., a flexographic printing company in Mission, Kas., and Rome, Ga. He sold the company in 2006 to Plaza Belmont Fund II, but continued on as president until his death. Also in 2006 he founded FlyBy Capital, Inc., which he used to purchase the Guy’s Snacks brand in 2007.
Mr. Joslin is survived by his wife, Dana Joslin of Hot Springs, Ark., his children, Jaclyn Joslin of Prairie Village, Kas.; Aaron Joslin of Prairie Village; and Amanda Steiner and son-in-law, Luca Steiner of Portland, Ore.; and stepson Cody Harris of Hot Springs.
A Memorial Service will be held at McGilley State Line Memorial Chapel at 3 p.m. March 29, followed by a Celebration of Life Reception at Indian Hills Country Club at 5 p.m.
