READING, PA. — Brenntag North America, Inc. has become a U.S. national distributor for products from Kudos Blends, based in the United Kingdom. Low-sodium systems from Kudos Blends include potassium bicarbonate, which serves as an alternative to sodium bicarbonate to aid bakers in reducing sodium content without removing salt and still ensuring product quality, according to Kudos Blends.
