PORTLAND, ORE. — The Long Co. has engaged Green Endeavor, Inc. to review chemical use, manufacturing processes and other areas where it may be possible for baking companies to reduce their overall environmental impact. After an assessment, Portland-based Green Endeavor will recommend safer, more environmentally friendly practices.
