LAKEWOOD, COLO. — Frank G. Paci has been named president and chief executive officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., a fast-casual restaurant industry operating under the brands Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah’s New York Bagels, and Manhattan Bagel. He succeeds Michael Arthur, the interim c.e.o. since February 2014.

“Frank is a highly experienced executive and an exceptional leader in the restaurant industry,” said Nelson Heumann, chairman of the board.  “Frank’s background and skill-set make him the ideal candidate to lead our company at this time.”

Mr. Paci has more than 25 years of executive experience with top retail brands, having most recently served as president and c.e.o. at McAlister’s Deli and, prior to McAlister’s, executive vice-president and chief financial officer at The Pantry, Inc.
