Mark Schweitzer to serve as liaison with investment community.

CHICAGO — Mark Schweitzer, most recently managing director of the Intermodal and International Container Freight business at Archer Daniels Midland Co., has been named vice-president of investor relations for ADM. In his new position, Mr. Schweitzer will represent ADM to the investment community and will serve as an advocate for shareholder value creation. Ray Young, c.f.o. at ADM, said Mr. Schweitzer will bring broad ADM experience to his new position as well as “strong financial acumen.” “He’s an excellent communicator and collaborator,” Mr. Young added. “He also brings a clear focus on delivering results that matter.” Mr. Schweitzer is replacing Christina Hahn, who is leaving ADM to join a private investment firm.
