SALT LAKE CITY — David Vincent, currently chief financial officer of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, has been given the additional title of president, effective July 1. Mr. Vincent will continue to work closely with the executive team and oversee the growth of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, which makes European hearth bread, sandwiches, pastries, soups and salads.

Mr. Vincent began his career with Kneaders as a part-time employee making sandwiches and washing dishes. He joined the company as a full-time employee in 2000. Since then, he has worked closely with founders Gary and Colleen Worthington to refine the systems and processes that have led the company to strong sales growth and expansion to 35 locations in five western states.
