RICHMOND, VA – AMF Bakery Systems announced today Scott Bieker will join the company as vice-president of U.S./Canada Sales. Formerly sales director of Tromp Group Americas, L.L.C., Mr. Bieker will lead the U.S./Canada sales team for AMF as it markets automated bakery solutions to commercial bakers. He also will use his vast experience as a baker and AIB trainer to support baking process needs at AMF customer startups worldwide.
“Most of the projects I worked on in my Tromp Group role were helping AMF customers to create more specialized products on their existing bread or bun lines,” Mr. Bieker said. “As a baker, this new role will allow me to guide the AMF team towards a broader understanding of these specialty baking processes while continuing to support the traditional AMF market in bread and buns.”
Mr. Bieker brings to AMF 26 years of baking industry leadership and experience from Tromp Group, Danisco, AIB, Nonni’s and Earthgrains, where he began his career as a baker.
