CHICAGO – Erik Heggen has been named president, North American Refined Oils for Archer Daniels Midland Co. He will oversee the company’s North American vegetable oils refineries and its oils and fats product portfolio in the region.

Mr. Heggen replaces Ray Bradbury, who recently was appointed president, risk management, for ADM’s Corn business unit. Mr. Heggen joined ADM in 2001. He has held key roles in the North American Refined Oils group since 2008.
“Erik has been instrumental in delivering great service to our refined oils customers by paying close attention to evolving customer needs and leveraging technology, especially to help drive our customer profitability capabilities,” said Greg Morris, senior vice-president and president, Global Oilseeds, for Chicago-based ADM. “We are pleased to have him now leading this business to continue driving results forward for our customers and the refined oils team.”
