Jesse Stinson has been named application manager for the sweet goods bakery team at Corbion Caravan.
LENEXA, KAS. — Jesse Stinson, a senior scientist at Corbion Caravan’s bakery ingredient innovation center, has been named application manager for the sweet goods bakery team at Corbion Caravan. She has worked at the company for more than eight years and has experience in ingredient functionality, enzyme technology, industrial bread formulation, mold inhibition in bakery systems, texture analysis and project management.
“There’s always something new to learn and discover in baking,” Ms. Stinson said. “This role will give me the opportunity to work with a great team, push the boundaries and find new ways to help our customers succeed.”
