LEAWOOD, KAS. — Michael Rizor has joined Agspring as vice-president of operations and safety for the company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Rizor most recently held several leadership positions at Cargill, where he managed facilities, led high-impact safety programs and maximized operational effectiveness. Most recently, he was general manager of Cargill’s West coast salt facility in California.
“Mike’s extensive career in agricultural operations, facilities management and safety programs, as well as his expertise in business integration and process improvement, will provide Agspring and its operating companies strong leadership as we continue to grow,” said Brad Clark, president and chief operating officer of Agspring. “Building exceptionally strong entrepreneurial teams with innovative leaders remains core to our ability to seek out and grow in new markets, trade flows and crop types.”
