RICHMOND, B.C. — BG Health Group is offering a shelf-stable flaxseed oil that is high-heat tolerant for cooking and baking. Alligga Flaxseed Cooking Oil is designed for high-heat cooking at a smoke point of up to 482ºF. It withstands these high temperatures without the risk of burning and creating carcinogens.
