CANTON, MASS. — Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. has announced the promotions of five executives.

Grant Benson has been named senior vice-president of franchising and development for Dunkin’ Brands. A 31-year veteran of Dunkin’ Brands, Mr. Benson has held a variety of positions at the company in operations, restaurant development, franchising and business development. In his newly expanded role, he will lead restaurant franchising and development for both Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins.
Amanda Helming has been promoted to vice-president of Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. brand marketing and pricing. In her new role, Ms. Helming will oversee overall Dunkin’ Donuts brand strategy and category management for beverages and food while continuing to lead the Pricing Strategy & Analytics team. In her nearly five years with the company, she has worked as senior director of global consumer insights and pricing and as director of brand marketing and strategic initiatives for Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. Before joining Dunkin’ Brands, Ms. Helming held positions in management and strategy with General Mills, Disney and ESPN Media Networks.
Santhosh Kumar has been named vice-president of enterprise infrastructure, data security and privacy for Dunkin’ Brands. In his 16 years at the company, Mr. Kumar has held a variety of leadership positions in the information technology and services organization, most recently as senior director of I.T., infrastructure, information security/privacy and electronic payments.
Mark Youngworth has been promoted to vice-president of international brand marketing and digital communication for Dunkin’ Brands. Mr. Youngworth has led brand marketing and consumer engagement for both the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins brands outside the United States and Canada. He and his team also have expanded the company’s digital marketing capabilities.
Jeremy Biser has been named vice-president of international operating systems, learning, food safety and equipment. Mr. Biser has played a role in increasing Dunkin’ Brands’ operational consistency and business standards internationally. In addition to his current responsibilities, he will assume oversight of the International Field Learning team.
