LOS ANGELES — La Brea Bakery has introduced a new line of artisan Flatbread Crisps. The crisps are made from single origin Fortuna Wheat, which is the same heirloom wheat used to make the company’s “farm-to-table” Reserve bread. The Flatbread Crisps will be available in grocery stores nationwide in April in three varieties: rosemary, sea salt and smoked paprika.
“La Brea Bakery is leading the good food movement by reimagining and innovating better food,” said Andrew Blok, brand director at La Brea Bakery. “Our master bakers are no stranger to introducing delicious and authentic artisan foods to consumers across America. Made from simple, recognizable ingredients and baked with integrity, the new La Brea Bakery Flatbread Crisps are the perfect addition to our carefully crafted retail line of foods.”
La Brea Bakery Flatbread Crisps are sold in individual 6.75-oz bags, and retail in grocery stores nationwide for $3.99.
