NEW HAMPTON, N.Y. — Balchem Corp. has acquired Innovative Food Processors (IFP), a privately held manufacturer of agglomerated and microencapsulated food and nutrition ingredients, New Hampton-based Balchem said June 2.
Based in Faribault, Minn., IFP has customized processing capabilities focused on agglomeration and microencapsulation technologies. The company has more than 35 years of experience selling into and collaborating with global food, beverage and nutrition companies.
