WASHINGTON — The Cookie & Cracker Academy (C.C.A.) has been formed as a result of the merger of the American Bakers Association (A.B.A.) and the Biscuit and Cracker Manufacturers’ Association (B.&C.M.A.). The C.C.A., which previously was known as B.&C.M.A. University, provides education and training needs to cookie and cracker manufacturing professionals.

“C.C.A. represents the comprehensive curricula template that cookie and cracker professionals have been using to train for decades,” said Dave Van Laar, senior adviser to the president and chief executive officer, B.&C.M.A. transition and development. “The training will remain the strong program we have always offered but with even more resources to provide the highest standard of education to the industry.”
The C.C.A. provides beginner, mid-level, advanced and customized training options that offer the complete educational pathway for the cookie and cracker professional.
