RICHMOND, VA. — Monika Eiden has joined AMF Bakery Systems as global human resources director. In her new role she will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and oversight of common talent management processes across all AMF sites and employees worldwide.
Before joining AMF, Ms. Eiden was human resources manager with WestRock, where she provided leadership and support to more than 1,000 employees globally, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations. Earlier, she held various positions with MeadWestvaco.

Ms. Eiden received a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
