Bundy Baking Solutions has acquired the FBS Prestige division of Fluorocarbon Ltd.
URBANA, OHIO — Bundy Baking Solutions has acquired the FBS Prestige division of Fluorocarbon Ltd. As part of the transaction, Bundy Baking Solutions will acquire three coating facilities in the U.K. along with a coating facility and pan manufacturing facility in Romania.

In addition to the F-LON series of coatings from FBS Prestige, American Pan’s AMERICOAT Plus silicone release coating and DuraShield non-stick coating will now be available from the European facilities.
