CHICAGO — The American Society of Baking has issued a call for member input while in the planning stages of a workshop slated for fall 2017. The workshop seeks to address the most pressing educational needs of the wholesale baking industry as identified in the “Skills Gap Research Study” conducted by Cypress Research.
