KANSAS CITY — With fall fast approaching, new baked goods packed with pumpkin have begun to appear, from cookie dough to cheesecake to brownies.

Nestle S.A. is offering an autumnally-inspired new refrigerated cookie dough variety to celebrate the season. New Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Cobbler Cookie Dough, a limited edition seasonal product, features cookie dough with pumpkin, oats, spices and a pumpkin pie filling.

Daiya Foods is debuting a new dairy-free dessert for fall. The company’s new Pumpkin Spice Cheezecake features spices, including cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg blended into its “cheezecake” filling, which is made with creamed coconut. The dessert also features a gluten-free crust made from tapioca starch, brown rice flour and white whole grain sorghum flour.

Great American Cookies is ushering in autumn with the launch of a new pumpkin treat. The new Pumpkin Brownie features a Snickerdoodle crust, spicy pumpkin filling with white chocolate chips and is topped with cream cheese icing and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.
