ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — Wixon, Inc., a manufacturer of seasonings, flavorings and technologies, has announced two new management positions. Peter Caputa was promoted to chief operating officer from chief financial officer. In this role, Mr. Caputa will oversee finance, information systems, pricing operations, supply chain and quality control.

In addition, Patrick McGarry was hired as c.f.o. He will oversee all finance and accounting operations and will report to Mr. Caputa. Mr. McGarry formerly worked for Ernst & Young. He also has experience working in the accounting and finance departments at Google. He holds an undergraduate degree from Xavier University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
