NEW YORK — Sharon Leite has been named managing director, North America, for Godiva Chocolatier, effective Oct. 2.

Ms. Leite joins Godiva from Sally Beauty North America, where she was most recently president. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Disney, Bath & Body Works, Gap and Pier 1 Imports. Ms. Leite brings to Godiva more than 25 years of leadership experience across the retail and e-commerce channels.
