SKELMERSDALE, ENGLAND — Mark Picconi has been appointed vice-president of U.K. operations for American Pan, part of the Bundy Baking Solutions group.  He will oversee and coordinate all operations at the newly acquired Nottingham, Sheffield and Irlam facilities as well as the existing operation in Skelmersdale. 

Mark Picconi is the new vice-president of U.K. operations for American Pan.

“Mark’s extensive operations and management experience, along with his proven leadership abilities, will be instrumental in achieving our mission to provide the most responsive and comprehensive pan and coating services available in the market,” said William Bundy, senior vice-president of global sales, Bundy Baking Solutions.

Mr. Picconi has more than 28 years of baking industry experience.  He started his career RHM-Hovis and most recently was assistant general manager, Southeast, for Warburtons.
