JACKSON, MICH. — Stevens J. Sainte-Rose has been named chief human resources and transformation officer at Dawn Food Products, Inc. In this role, Mr. Sainte-Rose will be responsible for organizational design, leadership development and creating and maintaining a people-centric environment, while overseeing current and future business transformation efforts with a focus on accelerating change and building business capabilities at Dawn Foods. He will report to Carrie Jones-Barber and Serhat Unsal, chief executive officers.
Mr. Sainte-Rose joins Dawn Foods from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he was chief human resources officer for the Walgreens division. Previously, he held various global roles at The Coca-Cola Co., most recently as senior vice-president of Coca-Cola International.
