COLUMBUS, OHIO — The Ohio Department of Development, through its Ohio Enterprise Bond Fund, has awarded $5.5 million to Hearth Grains Bakery, L.L.C. Hearth Grains, which operates as Klosterman Baking Co. Inc., is expected to use the funds to acquire a baking line for the production of flat bread products, including sandwich thins, bagel thins at Klosterman’s Springboro, Ohio, location. The expansion is expected to create 31 jobs, the O.D.D. said.
