LENEXA, KAS. — David Fliss will transition to the role of sales manager for CSM Bakery Supplies Latin America. He has worked for Lenexa-based Caravan Ingredients, a subsidiary of CSM, since 1993 and held various positions, including national product manager — bagel division, national sales manager, director of sales and director of business development.

In his new role, Mr. Fliss will be responsible for directing sales divisions in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America, primarily focused within food service, supermarkets, convenience stores and distribution. He also will focus on selling brands of manufactured goods within the CSM organization, such as Caravan Ingredients, HC Brill, Henry and Henry, Baker & Baker, Karps, Orth, BakeMark and Westco products.
