OMAHA, NEB. — ConAgra Foods, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Del Monte Canada, Toronto, from an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners.

The acquisition includes all Del Monte packaged fruit, fruit snacks and vegetable products in Canada as well as Aylmer tomato products.

The acquisition originally was announced on Jan. 17, and financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
