DALLAS — Fast-casual restaurant operator Corner Bakery Cafe has added the Green Chile & Chicken Panini to its menu. The new item features green chiles grilled on sourdough bread and made with all-natural roasted chicken, jicama slaw, diced tomatoes, white cheddar cheese and roasted garlic mayonnaise. The Green Chile & Chicken Panini joins Corner Bakery’s signature grilled panini line-up comprised of the Chicken Pomodori, Club Panini, California Grille, Grilled Ham & Swiss and Corned Beef Reuben.
