EVANSTON, ILL. — Bernard Food Industries, Inc. is introducing a line of sugar-free and no sugar added baking mixes. Marketed under the Sans Sucre brand, which is French for “sugar free,” the new products are sweetened with stevia.

The new line features four varieties, including apple cinnamon coffee cake, milk chocolate brownie, blondie brownie and chocolate fudge brownie. The new baking mixes have a suggested retail price of $3.99 to $4.49.
