DENVER — Udi’s Gluten Free Foods is expanding its product line beyond bread and bakery staples to include cupcakes, dinner rolls, pizza and muffin tops.
“We are thrilled … to introduce our expanding gluten-free product line,” said Denise Sirovatka, vice-president of marketing. “Our goal is to create delicious, wholesome foods for all meals so gluten-free customers have the same eating and shopping experience with others.”
Specifically, the new products include vanilla cupcakes; classic french dinner rolls; whole grain seeded dinner rolls; frozen pizzas in pepperoni, margherita and three-cheese flavors; and blueberry oat and chocolate-chip flavored muffin tops. The muffin tops are now available, and the other products will roll out in July.
