VALHALLA, N.Y. — Balance Bar is introducing 100-calorie mini energy bars in two flavors: cookie dough and double chocolate brownie. The products will launch in August.

The bars contain 7 grams of protein, 23 vitamins and minerals and are considered an “excellent” source of antioxidants, according to Balance Bar. The bars adhere to the 40-30-30 principle (40% of calories from healthy carbohydrates, 30% from quality protein and 30% from dietary fat).

The bars will have a suggested retail price of $8.99 for a 10-count box.
