TrayBon Bakery Packaging Systems, Lombard, Ill., reported sales growth of more than 400% during calendar year 2008 when compared with calendar year 2007. Sales of release-coated corrugated baking trays sparked the growth. For one example, the release permits sheet cakes to be baked, cooled and dumped from trays without the use of pan spray or additional fat.
