SAN FRANCISCO — Hundreds of food industry leaders, investors and innovators will gather in San Francisco for the Future Food-Tech conference held March 22-23. Hosted by Rethink Events, the two-day summit will explore the evolving landscape of alternative proteins, personalized nutrition, supply chain transparency, food waste reduction and more.
More than 40 presenters at Future Food-Tech will include Neil Grimmer of Habit, Alison Grantham of Blue Apron, Josh Tetrick of JUST (formerly Hampton Creek), Patrick Brown of Impossible Foods, and Uma Valeti of Memphis Meats.
