CHICAGO — The American Society of Baking’s (A.S.B.) 2019 program chair, Trent Wanamaker announced that the theme of next year’s annual conference will be “Baking a Fresh Future.”
Mr. Wanamaker of Dupont challenged the society’s members to provide bold and new topics for next year’s meeting.
He is joined by Paul Rainey, A.S.B. chair from Flowers Foods, as well as other A.S.B. executive committee members, including John Mulloy Jr., 1st vice-chair from 151 Foods; Theresa Cogswell, 2nd vice-chair from Corbion; Jorge Zarate, 3rd vice-chair from Grupo Bimbo; and Nathan Norris, treasurer from Highland Baking.
