MINNEAPOLIS — Hoping to fill the gaps in consumers’ diets, General Mills has released a bevy of new products that meet modern nutritional and lifestyle demands. From organic bars to bite-size pizza rolls, the company’s latest launches look to “capture the moment” for any eating occasion.
“For some, convenience is key. For others, diet or allergy restrictions play a main role in food choices. And in some cases, the need is simply to fulfill the craving for a delectable treat,” said Lanette Shaffer, senior innovation, technology and quality director, General Mills. “Our new product lineup fulfills each of these needs.”
Changes can be seen in new releases from Annie’s Homegrown that now offer even more clean label snacks and from Larabar, which has launched a line of bars for children.
