MCKEES ROCKS, PA. — The company behind Jenny Lee bread has launched a capital funding campaign to keep up with growing demand.

5 Generation Bakers, makers of Jenny Lee Swirl Bread and Jenny Lee Savory Bread, are raising money for equipment purchases, research and development of new products, resources for entering new growth segments and implementing preventative maintenance contracts for current equipment.

5 Generation is using Honeycomb Credit as its funding portal for the campaign.

“We like to think that we’ve always been more than just a bakery with our owner and president, Scott Baker, putting a priority on being a positive presence in the communities we serve,” according to a company Facebook post. “Now we’re inviting the friends, family, and fans we’ve come to know and love to invest in the bakery that has invested in all of you.”
