BUNSCHOTEN, THE NETHERLANDS — Hans Herman Doude has joined Tromp Group, a subsidiary of Markel Food Group, as its vice-president of marketing and sales. In his new position at the bakery equipment company, he will lead Tromp Group and AMF Bakery Systems’ sales teams in the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Mr. Doude was the director of sales at WP Kemper prior to joining the business. Using his previous international and industrial experience, he will help Tromp Group bring new technology and integrated systems to the bakery industry
