MILFORD, CONN. — Subway Restaurants has introduced a new bread variety. Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread features a garlic butter spread made with butter and roasted garlic, melted Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Subway is encouraging customers to try the bread as an added indulgence to two sandwiches: the Ultimate Meatball Marinara Sandwich and the Ultimate Spicy Italian.

“Pairing two of our most iconic sandwiches with arguably the most delicious cheesy garlic bread ever served delivers a flavor experience unlike anything in the market today,” said Len Van Popering, vice-president of global brand and innovation at Subway.

The new bread will be available through Feb. 27.

Earlier this fall Subway introduced Sunflower Crunch Bread for a limited time.
