NEW YORK — International Flavors & Fragrances is collaborating with Aryballe, a company involved in digital olfaction technology, to focus on developing odor-sensing and quality control applications. The collaboration seeks to create a platform for applications in several industries, including food, fragrance and cosmetics.

Aryballe, Grenoble, France, develops and manufactures bio-inspired sensors. The collaboration between the two companies seeks to refine and further develop the flavor and fragrance capabilities and applications of Aryballe’s technology in portable odor-detection sensors.
