LOS ANGELES — Caulipower is breaking into the breaded chicken category with the launch of Caulipower frozen chicken tenders, featuring breading made with cauliflower.

Available in original and Spicy(ish) varieties, the baked chicken tenders are breaded in a crispy coating composed of cauliflower, rice flour and brown rice flour. The tenders are made from Naked Truth Premium Chicken, which is rated Global Animal Partnership Step 2 and is raised cage-free with no antibiotics ever.

Each 14-oz bag of Caulipower chicken tenders contains 480 calories, zero saturated fat and no added sugar.
