LOUISVILLE, KY. — Jim Norberg, a longtime executive at McDonald’s Corp., has been named chief restaurant operations officer at Papa John’s International, Inc. In his new role Mr. Norberg will oversee the operations of Papa John’s corporate and franchise restaurants in North America.
Mr. Norberg most recently offered consulting services for the past three years as part of JN Consulting. Earlier, he spent more than 30 years with McDonald’s, most recently as executive vice-president and chief operating officer. He also served as chief restaurant officer, Central Division chief operating officer, and vice-president of operations and franchising.
